I am trying to create an interface for a threate arts company. They have shows occasionally and I suggested setting up a laptop. On the laptop I would like put a local webpage. On the webpage I would like to put a picture of the play and a fields where people can enter their email address, name, etc. and click submit. After they click submit, I would put a thank you page. I know I need to use sql server 2005 as the database. I am not sure how to set that up. Can someone point me in the right direction.
