How would I create a distribution list for sever contacts/companies? 100’s of contacts. New distribution list(s) would be catagorized by say fruit type (like apple). And would include several apple providing vendors, each with multiple employee contacts.
Dist. list should include entire groups of contacts, and shouldn’t have to update these master list, when employees drop/add from one of the many included companies within that catagory (apples).
