Creating Empty (0 bit)

by mcforensic . Updated 18 years, 7 months ago

I have an application that creates a series of folders and sub-folders, as designated by the user. However, some of the folders are “empty”, while others contain one or more files.

When the files are archived off to CD/DVD disc, the burning software ignores the folders that are empty, and copies only the folders that contain files. If I place a zero-bit file in the folder(s) then the burning software will archive them to the disc, along with the other folders.

I need a code snippet I can use that will add the 0 size file, based upon the name “Folder Intentionally Left Empty”

Any suggestions?
