Creating Folders

I don't know what happened, but when I right click the mouse, it does not shows the option of New Folder. I have tried many times to create folders.

Can you please tell me what happened?

Is your account a member of the local administrators group? If you are in the User's group on the local machine, you will nto have the right to create folders.

I am using Windows ME. What do you mean with Administrator. I used to be able to create folders before.

Please tell me what should I do to have this option again.
