I’ve done a lot of research but have found no help on creating an html email. I know that with Outlook you can go to the website you want to send and click File>Send>Page as email. But I want to create from scratch a newsletter and have our readers click on a link from the Table of Contents and have the message go to that section instead of opening a new Internet Explorer window. Can someone tell me how to do this?
