Creating mandatory roaming profiles

I am running a Win2k Advanced server domain and up until now have only created users. I need to create a group for 15 new users that need only domain users rights but I’d like to give them mandatory roaming profiles so they can access their accounts and data from any computer in the domain. Is there a step by step process that somebody can walk me through? Or at least steer me in the right direction? I also need to create a group for 10-12 users that will need local admin rights, I want theseto be mandatory as well as roaming also.
