Creation of Duplexing Macro in Word 2000

Can anyone please provide/point me to an idiot’s step by step guide to creating a macro which will switch on the duplexing (printing on 2 sides of a sheet of paper) facility and another for switching duplexing off again so printing is once again taking place on 1 side of paper only?
