Creation of Ghost cast server

Hi,

Im attempting to create a Ghost cast server (Using Symantec Ghost cast ver 7.5), and have come across the following problems-

While installing 3com boot services the following errors occurd-
“Installationinfo call returned failure”
“Could not registry uninstall key! (1)”
“Error (6): call to regDBCreateKeyex failed”

I could not find a reason for this, and cannot move on without this installation as it is responsible for installing the PXE, TFTP and BOOTP servers.

Also, im looking for a way to gain a degree of control over users who logon to the server interactively. For example- Being able to log them out remotely.

Can anyone assist me with these topics?
Any help would be much appreciated. Im desperate!! :(:(
