creation of sudo users

how can we create sudo users in redhat linux?

sudo uses pre-existing users. Privileges are assigned throught the /etc/sudoers file.

SUDO is fairly easy to configure. Just remember to limit the priviliges assigned to users, and then grant them as the situation demands.
