was running out of space on the hard drive then got the blue screen with the following information:

setupdd.sys-address F76392EC base at F7613000, datestamp 3d6dd67f.
My pc was running on win sp2.Please help me revive my hard drive my job is on the line.
I havent a start up disk and the hard drive type is a seagate.
When i turn on the machine i get sometimes get a black screen with the message insert system disk and press enter.Please help.
