What are good with ConvergeHub? It is a CRM that does more than the others. It has many capabilities which are not present with the other CRMs in the market.
And how about the bad? It is costly as it equates its prices with the popular ones. They should make it cheaper as they are just a relatively unknown CRM provider. Also, its mobile apps are mediocre at best as there are so many features which are not accessible within the apps. It defeats the purpose of making it mobile. Is it recommended? No. Better use HubSpot as a free software or use Salesforce as a commercial software.

CRM is customer relationship management that helps to build a better relationship between customer and management. When the CRM culture was introduced long back. I used Salesforce at that time and I guess it is a user-friendly CRM. easy to understand and use and after that, I found Zoho CRM also a good one to go.
