Hello wise and knowledgeable people!
Firstly, I’m sorry if this is a really stupid question.
I’m a new employee in a relatively young software company, and so far we have most of our data held in spreadsheets.
Keen to bring the admin side of the company into more modern times, I’ve been tasked with developing us a new CRM, but this is well outside of my comfort zone.
The CRM needs to be relatively simple to use (to get them all using it happily), but also needs to be something we can log customer license renewals and customer notes on.
can anyone help? my research takes me to lots of CRM offering websites, but they all look mainly sales based, and whilst that will be one function, it isn’t the only one it’s needed for as mentioned.
