Cross-domain logons

I have 2 domains, A and B linked to use ISDN access through domain A. Servers in both are running NT4, clients running W98. Can users from domain A logon to computers in domain B and have access to their home directories (domain A)if full trust relationships have been setup? Does the accounts database from domain A need to be replicated to domain B?
