This kinda cable has the 568-A and 568-B (EIA/TIA) standards at the respective ends, that?s the way you make a crossover cable. The arrange of wires for the 568-A standard is WG-G-WO-B-WB-O-WB-B and 568-B is WO-O-WG-B-WB-G-WB-B.

A straight thru cable has both ends terminated in with the END A configuration. A cross-over cable has END A on one end and END B on the other. Pin numbers are 1-8 holding the male RJ-45 Plug end up with the retaining clip away from you or on bottom
