Cruel tricks

I own my dell pc. I am having a dilemma because, I am not quite sure how to figue out if I am the admin on my own pc!! I need help on how to actually know for sure that i am the admin! becuz she brought my pc to her work and switched it from 98 second addition to win2k business. I would appreciate it very much!! I need to know how to go about it??
