We recently purchased 3 hp compaq D220MT computers. Have asente tracking software on them. on 1 system works fine – on the other two works fine till system is rebooted – then we get the following error and runs no more
“Error in call to crystal report engine. Possible reasons are :
1. Crystal engine not installed on this workstation
2. Path to reports (in Service options) is not set correctly

We have contact hardware they say its software – contacted software they say its hardware
