Crystal Report in VB 6 Project

I have an existing Crystal Report(CR) in VB project that downloads the data to disc file. Generally users download the data to Excel. Currently there are 24 columns in the report. I would like to add 8 more fields to this report. I am very new in using the CR and I do not know how to enlarge the report width. As it is now looks like the report is max’d out and I am not able to drag and drop new fields. Would you please show me how to expand the report width so I can add more fields to the report.
