Crystal Report, save data

By rinvincible ·
Is there any way possible to save input data and calculated data from a Crystal report in a table for use later in a Crystal report?

Depending on your version, you did not say.
There are many options in my version (8.5):
1. You can save data with report
2. export to comma separated (CSV)
3. Export to acrobat *.pdf (if you have it)
4. Export to Excell (all versions)
5. Export to Lotus
6. Export to HTML
7. Export to Access
8. Export to Word
9. Export to Text
10. Export to tab delimited
11. Export to ODBC
12. Export to Data interchange Format (DIF)
13. Export to XML
I am certainly no Crystal Expert, but that should give you a few options to start with.

CR version 10 has an option to export to an Access Database.

From there you could create special reports that use this Access Database as the data source.

You may have to make sure that the report that you wish to export has the input data and parameters as part of the report.

I am using versions 8.5 and 10. The table will need to be updated weekly.
