I’m facing this problem. I’m using CR 8.5 and I export some reports in PDF format using the Crystal Reports library for PDF. If I include, for example, a barcode in the reports and then I send the PDF to a customer he’s not able to see the barcode. This is due to the fact that the barcode is not included in the PDF and the customer doesn’t have it. Is it possible with CR 8.5 to include the font in the PDF so as to allow the customer see the document correctly ? Does someone know how to do ?
