    Ctl alt del loop

    ctl alr del loop can’t boot to cd, can’t enter safe mode, no floppy working floppy. How do I start with a fresh computer to reinstall OS?

      Go into your bios and set the primary boot device to cd rom instead of hdd0

      Ultimate Boot CD

      After you do change your BIOS to boot to CD first, and if the booting off the XP CD fails for some reason, try using http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/ and redoing the partition and reformatting it that way. Then try booting off the XP CD again.
