I have a laptop computer that when an individual is typing either in word processing, email and other programs, the cursor with no warning jumps to another part of the screen and messes up the document.
The computer is a Gateway Solo 9300 laptop running Windows 2000 Pro. The only other programs loaded on that laptop include MS Office 2000 Pro – IE 5.5 (I think), MS Outlook.
Any suggestions on how to stop this from occuring again.
