Best way that I know of is to use Norton Ghost. There are a number of ways to distribute a Ghost image but one way it to put it on a cd or cds. Just make sure you run Sysprep before creating a Ghost image otherwise you will end up with multiple PCs that have the same SID.

The ghosting is one idea but isn't the best solution for muliple installs on widely varying hardware. For that you need an "Unattended Answer File". Check out this link: it helps you update the install media with all current security updates and such as well as automating the install itself.

Search the contents of your Operating system CD-ROM and locate the Deploy.cab, inside here you will locate a file called "setupmgr.exe" run this and it will guide you through a GUI where you can entel as much information or as little as you like.

The end result of this procedure will be a custom asnwer file that will answer the likes of partition size, cd-key etc etc and is used for remote unattended installations.

hope this works
