Custom Delegation Objects

Hi there,

Does any body has any experience with custom delegation in Windows 2003? There is a big list of objects when you wants to set delegation on an OU. I was wondering if its possible to delegate disk and mailbox quotas?
I have been searching now more than a week a good explaination regarding these objects till now all efforts are in wain. Even techrepublic has also very less information regarding this topic. Please Help.
