custom run commands

How do i assign custom run commands.
Suppose i want to add a new command "ps" to launch Photoshop. How would i do it.

Create a file named ps.bat. Put a line with complete path to an executable to that file.
For example:
"C:\Program Files\Photoshop\Photoshop.exe" %1
Use quotes if you have space somewhere in the name.
%1 is a parameter you can pass to this command.
For example:
ps Mypic.tif
would invoke Photoshop.exe and open Mypic.tif.

Put your ps.bat in some directory where your PATH environment variable points to.

Alternatively, put it in some other directory (for example C:\Utils) and update "Environment Variables" in System Properties, Advanced, Environment Variables, System Variables.
