Customize Outlook XP

I want to customoze the way Outlook XP looks. I have the standard One column, two cloumn, Winter summer, etc….But I want to know if there is other options to customize outlooks appearence, such as Microsoft downloads or third party downloads? Please let me know if any one has a idea!
