Customizing Internal Fields in Outlook

By schlues ·
Using Outlook 2000 on a Win2K machine. When creating a new mail folder certain fields show up in the view. Is there a way to change the default fields that appear, and is there a way to choose fields for a large number of mail folders all at once?

Go to Views>Current View Customize Current View.
Click the Fields button.
You can also use the "Field Chooser" button that appears on the Advanced Toolbar. You can drag fields on and off the view.
If you go to Views>Current View Define Views, youcan copy the attributes of existing views.
