We are using Outlook 2000 and our Business Development group would liek to set there PCs so that ALL mail they send to their existing clients show up in the clients Inbox in a particular color, while ALL mail they send to potential clients show up in the potential clients Inbox another color.
I have tried several options but none of them seem to work all the time . . . any ideas are welcome.
