We are looking to migrate from Symantec ACT! 2000 to Outlook 2000 because of Outlooks superior synchronization with Exchange. However, I need to customize Outlook forms with the custom fields we require. However, when I created a custom FIELD, it only shows up on one contact (the one selected when I customized the form).
