I need to add a full registration to this template, you know like the one that you see when you sign up for yahoo, gmail, techrepublic, and etc. First-Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Home-Work-Cell Phone, Email-Alt Email, Catagorys Of Interest, and Etc. I have a basic understanding, but do not know how to creat the formula.
