Customizing Win2KPRO single PC

1. How can you disable control panel to all user account except for Administrator account?

2. How can you assign specific programs to be accessed only by a specific user account?

NOTE : gpedit.msc doesn’t work on this. Any idea?

  Poledit (Policy editor) will be your best bet.
