Is it me or are other people having issues with CyberPower PC? I just purchased a high end desktop to run 6 monitors for trading. It has 3 9800 gtx video cards. Anyway it shipped late (I paid for express building of the unit).
When I got it, it did not come with a power cord (no big deal )it came with a router that I did not order, and all the front USB, firewire, headphone and mic jack ports did not work. They were willing for me to send back, but I can not afford the time. I asked for a comprimise, send me a USB Hub and headphone and mic USB link and they will not even respond. I got an estimate to replace the bad front cover with intigrated ports, for labor only and it was three hours. So them sending me a new part is out. Anyway, it’s tough to send back a machine that you need for work.
Anyway is it me or them, has anyone else had issues with CyberPower PC?
