D-Link wireless Router conflict of some sort

I have a dlink DI-524 wireless router. Its gateway is I have a computer of which i have set a static ip too ( and a laptop which has the ip of The primary DNS IP is with the secondary being
When one compter is connecting it will connect fine. When the laptop connects and the computer is connected the computer will loose internet access. I have tried many google searches to no avail. It would be appreiaced if someone can help me out with some suggestions.

so how can you have a primary DNS using the Public IP they have leased you!

Your primary DNS should be!

Get rid of the the static IP, you only need to use DHCP, and enable NAT, without enabling NAT regardless of whet setting you have you will continue to have this problem.
