Nearly all my users experience damaged or corrupted Normal.dot at least once a day. As a result, I am forever replacing their normal.dot or I have to delete it and they lose all their autotext entries etc. Can anybody out there tell what the problem is? We are running on a Winframe 1.7 (thin client) environment, running Word 97.
