Dameware Connection Problems

I cant connect to my sister using dameware anylonger. worked until i formatted. I have windows xp pro, no router and nortons internet security installed. Microsoft firewall is off and so is nortons. I still get Rpc server unavailable even though i know she is on. Please Help Me.
