dammaged at compression file rar

Accidentally pressed very high compression file 600> 150 MB and now when unpacking gives me only a part of my files, even before unpacking shows that all data. May be restore another rar file format on try again?

This is a brief tutorial of what to do when you come across corrupt .RARs, unfortunately corrupt .ZIPs are useless.

^ Download all parts of the achive, Right Click on part1 and click Open
^ In WinRar go to Command then click View Files
^ Highlight the entire archive, just the archive files, Go to Tools and click Repair Archive.
^ Select .RAR and let it work, it won't take long
or try WinRAR Repair Kit - http://www.winrar.repair/
