Lately, I have been getting an error message that says the computer is dangerously low in resources and requires me to close programs. What does this mean?
Also, when I try to run defrag, it will not allow me to do so because a windows program ischanging the disk space. I dont know where to start troubleshooting and my tech support guru doesnt know either.
