Hi, I am secretary of a 250 member association. We maintain a database of members’ contact details which is subject to Data Protection legislation.
At the moment only the secretary has access, but the other committee members also want access.
Is there a simple way to give them the information eg encrypted on a memory stick?
Is it possible to prevent the file being downloaded from the stick to a computer?
