Data Center Flooring

Hi,

We are about to build out a small data center (15′ x 12′) from scratch and I am asking for opinions on what flooring to use. I’ve read various opinions on raised flooring and would like to find out more info/opinions on that. What is your recommendation for flooring for a data center and who generally does the flooring? Is it the Building contractor?
