Data Center Migration Project Plan

I am currently starting my first Data Center Migration project moving from an existing location to a new a robust facility. I am reaching out to anyone who has done a similar implementation and would be willing to share a sanitized project plan with me in order to help me get started as well as up to speed on the steps involved. I am also trying to identify potential and immediate risk as not to get blind sided. Any help would very appreciated
