I am the Network Adminstrator for an 80 user network. All of my users are Social Workers. My employers have asked me to help find a way to reduce data entry errors. Short of firing all of the Social Workers and hiring people that actually know how to use a pc 😉 does anyone know of a website with some general suggestions on data entry error reduction?
