Data entry policies and procedures manual

Hi, i’m a university student doing a degree in Information Systems. For a particular subject, my final project is to write a data entry policy and procedures manual for a non-profit organisation. This organisation has around 10-13 databases and all of them arent integrated. I have done some research online, but cant really get a copy of an existing data entry policy and procedures manual. Therefore i’m seeking some advice from the IT professionals here.
