Data recovery

by dwarflord38 . Updated 18 years, 5 months ago

Greetings all,
My colleague went to a job today with a hard drive crash, The disk is NTFS and contains some access data bases. The disk was scanned and was found to have bad sectors and was not accessable.
I formatted the disk in the hope of being able to see the files beneath the formatt. The man has lost his business nearly if these .mdb files can’t be recovered, does anyone know the best method of
recoverying these files , it is so very important.
I tried some basic tools but they have returned nothing.
