I have a Toshiba laptop that won’t boot up. It’s still covered under warranty but don’t want to send in until the data has been recovered off the hard drive. I spoke to Toshiba and they have told me they will not even attempt to recover the data and will erase the drive if needed. So…my question is: Does anyone have any recommendations for a data recovery service?
I would appreciate any suggestions.
And yes, I know this is one more example of why we should backup regularly! If anyone has any suggestions for getting users to actually do this, I would love to hear those too 😉
