computer illiterate, looking for a telephone system that is compatible with Windows XP/Quickbooks/Customer Manager
requires:
accesses our database when a telephone call comes in and gives all info pertaining to customer.
call forwarding capability.
incoming telephone call tracking.
anything out there? how much would it cost? what is it called? where can I get it?
