Currently I have a file with an extension of MDR(.mdr). I'm trying to convert it to an Access database. So far I haven't been successful though. I have even tried converting it using it Excel. Still nothing. Any ideas? Thanks!

If you have access to the program which created the .mdr file try using a different export model like the ascii, comma delimtted and importing that to Excel before masking it into access.
I did some looking around and the MDR extension is used for Faxtalk modem doctor modem report file. Is this really what you're looking at? isn't it just text you could open with notepad? try renaming the extension to TXT and see if that improves your conversion.
