I work with 2 desktop computers and I laptop and all these have the same Access database but the computers are not directly networked. I don’t have admin rights so to keep the databases synced I copy the most recent one onto the main network which I have mapped on all computers and then pull it from the mapped drive to the computer. Placing a single database on the network and linking the computers to it did not achieve the desired results, it was very slow and data wasn’t saved correctly.
It would be nice to automate this instead of having to do this manually.
Can anyone provide me with some suggestions on what I can do?
