Has anyone come across this problem???
Problem: In Powerpoint, Click on Insert Chart, Start to fill out Datasheet, it appears as though the Shift key is stuck in that if you try to Tab across the columns they hightlight instead of moving. Also, it appears the Caps Lock is stuck as well… but it’s not.
We have approximately 40 Research Analysts at my company that use Powerpoint extensively (and this includes doing charts). The first call I got I thought the obvious… the Keyboard! ThenI found out it is happening to most, if not all, of them. As a matter of fact, I went to test it on my PC and the same thing happened to me.
As usual, I went to Microsoft’s site for help. After extensive searching I came up with… NOTHING!
If anyone knows of this or has any suggestions I would really appreciate the help. The Analysts are getting very frustrated, and I don’t blame them.
