Date shown on clock in systray

By constantmotion2 ·
My clock is showing the time, day, and date in SysTray. The taskbar is expanded a bit. I have scanned with AdAware, Xoftspy, and Spybot with all updated definitions. Scanned system with InnoculateIT Antivirus Software. Checked in Add/Remove programs to check to see if any additional programs installed. This is not Date Manager.

I think this is normal when you change the size of the taskbar.

Yes, it is. If you don't want to see this then shrink the taskbar. You might have to right click and unlock the taskbar first.

Try right clicking on your task bar and go to properties and then click customize. Look there and see if you see something that is not right if it says "always show" or "hide when inactive" just change it to "always hide"... don't really know give it a try.....
