DCPromo errors

I have SBS Server2003 R2 as a DC and I have another server which is Server2003 Stndrd Ed. SP2 which I would like to promote as another DC. But when I try to DCPromo the Server2003 Stndrd Ed. I get the EVENT ID: 53258 and EVENT ID: 1153

Can anyone help me out on how to get my other server2003 to be a DC?
