Can we have a mixed running of DDR and DDR2 RAM?
Second question is can we run together at same type of SDRAM DDR but different Mhz for etc 400Mhz together with 333Mhz

No, DDR (184 pins running at 2.5V) and DDR2 (240 pins running at 1.8V) are not compatible.

You can. But it is not recommended.
It is the most efficient and reliable for a system when the speeds of Motherboard (FSB), CPU (external clock) and RAM match.

Some motherboards come with both DDR and DDR2 slots.
In this case, you may use either type but not both.
